This semi-detached house SHARES THE SWIMMING POOL with Maison Laurier Rose. Both homes have their own private dining terrace, and there is plenty of space around the pool and in the garden to relax and enjoy your stay.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet on both the ground floor and first floor, fully equipped open kitchen with a large dining table, cozy living room with access to the terrace featuring a dining table (and BBQ) overlooking the pool and garden, shared swimming pool, air conditioning / climate control.
