“Opening Doors Stone House”
Charming designer villa in the Maresme area, where rustic and modern styles blend to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. With capacity for up to 7 guests, A/C, 2 barbecues, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi, it is ideal for families or groups seeking comfort in a peaceful setting very close to Barcelona.
The house is distributed across 2 floors, a barbecue area, and a pool area:
LOWER FLOOR:
On the main floor you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed measuring 2 m x 2 m (two mattresses, each 2 m long), a full en-suite bathroom with shower, a fireplace, and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is available during the winter months for an additional fee of €50 per day. There is also a guest toilet in the hallway, a living room with TV, fireplace, and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with access to the outdoor area.
FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor is the second bedroom with two double beds (1.40 m x 2 m), one single bed (80 cm), A/C, and a bright and cozy study area.
TERRACE:
From the dining room, you step out to a covered outdoor kitchen area equipped with a barbecue, sink, washing machine, and dining table. Beyond the covered area, there is a large terrace with additional gathering spaces, such as a fire pit, multiple tables, and sofas.
BARBECUE AREA:
In the rear garden, surrounded by greenery, the first level features the second barbecue, which is outdoors and includes a large dining table.
POOL AREA:
On the upper level you will find the pool, a solarium with sun loungers, a toilet, and a semi-open shower with hot water.
The house has Wi-Fi, and the community offers free access to paddle tennis and football courts.

Just 6 km from the beach and 27 km from Barcelona, Argentona is a charming town known for its ceramic tradition, the Can Doro Park, and its local produce markets—an ideal setting to immerse yourself in Catalan culture. And if you are a nature lover, a 10-minute walk from the property there is a mountain trail that leads to an animal farm where you can enjoy outdoor activities. For MTB enthusiasts, Argentona offers many routes with varying technical difficulty.

Keep doors and windows closed when you are not on the property.
Save energy: turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use — the house is small and cools quickly.
Pets are not allowed.

Jumping into the pool from walls, chairs, stairs, or any structures not designed for that purpose is strictly prohibited, as well as any behavior that may endanger people or damage the facilities.
Children must always be supervised by adults. The property is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of sports or leisure facilities.

Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00.
Check-out: before 10:00.
Before checking out, please dispose of the trash in the outdoor containers and place the dishes in the dishwasher.
💳 Payments and Deposit
The local tourist tax is not included in the rental price: €1.10 per adult (over 16 years old) per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid before check-in.
Lost keys: €200 fee.
Damaged or stained bed linen or towels (due to sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, dyes, etc.): €15 each.
