This spacious home is located in a quiet and peaceful cul de sac in the charming village of Alverstoke.
It is just half a mile from picturesque Stokes Bay where there is a cafe and a promenade for scenic walks along the seafront. The centre of Gosport is just 1.5 miles away, with ferry links direct to Portsmouth.
Alverstoke has shops, pubs restaurants, takeaways and cafes just a short walk from this fabulous family home.
We are also dog friendly and best of all have a pool table. The house is equipped with everything you will need for a pleasant relaxing stay.
The property is a spacious 3 bedroom end of terrace home, frequently described as a 'home from home'.
When entering the property there is an entrance lobby with coat hooks and also a downstairs toilet.
There is a lounge at the front of the house with ample comfortable seating, followed by a dining room with a large dining table and 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with everything you will need for your stay. At the rear of the house there is a games room housing a 6ft pool table and a large comfortable leather sofa.
From the games room there are patio doors which open out into a small enclosed courtyard area where there is a large table and 6 chairs as well as a bbq that guests are welcome to use.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The front bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and drawers.
The rear bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.
The 2nd rear bedroom has a bunk bed with upper and lower single beds.
All bedding and towels are provided along with mini toiletries for each guest.
The kitchen has a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets for your arrival.
