The Garden Suite - an annex that sleeps 3 guests with 1 bedroom

The Garden Suite is a beautiful Annex situated at the bottom of a peaceful garden. There's an open plan kitchen living area with sofa bed and double bedroom with en-suite shower room. You'll have use of the garden and parking at the front of the main house.

The Annex is perfect as a single person or couple's retreat for a quiet break but within walking distance of the city. For solo business travellers who would prefer a relaxing suite as an alternative from a hotel at the end of a work day or ideal for couple with a child who's prefer not to be in the noisy city centre but still within easy reach.

The living area with large glass double doors opening on to the garden has a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or 2 smaller children, TV, WiFi and kitchen well equipped kitchen has full size oven and hob, kettle and toaster, fridge and freezer plus cookware, utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. There's an iron and ironing board but no washing machine. Kitchen essentials are provided, from salt, pepper and oil to tea, coffee and sugar plus kitchen roll, washing up liquid cloths, clingfilm and foil.

The tranquil double bedroom with views of the garden has wardrobe for clothes storage and an en-suite shower room with large shower, sink and , towels, some toilet rolls and basic toiletries provided.

PLEASE NOTE: The owners Pam and Kiaran and their teenage children live on site at the house in front of the suite. They have very friendly dogs including an adorable puppy who do use the garden. If this is going to cause issues please do not book. Rework Accommodation manage the property on behalf of the owners.
