Seaview Serenity welcomes you to a bright and relaxing escape in the heart of Corfu Town, just steps from Spianada Square and the historic sights of the UNESCO-protected Old Town. Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, this 76 m² apartment offers beautiful views of the sea and rooftops, creating an inviting setting for guests who want to enjoy Corfu’s charm from an elegant and comfortable home base.
The apartment features two welcoming bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—each equipped with air conditioning for a pleasant stay throughout the year. The living room is designed for comfort, offering a cozy place to unwind with a TV and Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, a toaster, and a filter coffee machine, while the bathroom has a shower, toiletries, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi reaches speeds of up to 24 Mbps, suitable for browsing and streaming. The property is equipped with a solar water heater, providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; in extended cloudy periods, an electric boiler is available and typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. Entrance to the building includes three steps, and the apartment uses a keybox for easy self check-in. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request, and heating, ironing equipment, and a hair dryer are also provided.
