The apartment is arranged on one level and is located on the ground floor, though there are approximately 15 steps at the building entrance, typical of Old Town properties. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning, a spacious living area also equipped with AC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi is available with speeds of up to 24 Mbps, suitable for everyday use. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. A pleasant terrace offers outdoor space to enjoy the vibrant surroundings, while the building entrance reflects the traditional Old Town style rather than a modern renovation. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street in Corfu Old Town, just a short walk from Saint Spyridon Church, the Municipal Art Gallery, and the Byzantine Museum, with many more landmarks, museums, and historic squares nearby. Numerous cafés, bakeries, tavernas, and restaurants are within minutes on foot, offering everything from quick coffee stops to traditional Corfiot dining. Supermarkets and small local shops are also close by for daily essentials. Faliraki Beach, a popular spot for a quick swim with city views, is within walking distance, while other beaches can be reached easily by car or public transport. The area is lively during the day and atmospheric in the evening, though guests should expect the typical sounds of an active historic center.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in. Free street parking is available on nearby streets, and a public parking area is also available within walking distance, as vehicle access directly to the apartment is restricted due to its pedestrian Old Town location.
