Casa Maltesa is a fully restored 19th-century Catalan village house located in the heart of the Penedès wine region, just 40 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Sitges beaches.
The entire home is exclusively for guests and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, making it ideal for families, couples traveling together, or small groups seeking a peaceful countryside retreat close to the Mediterranean coast.
The house includes:
- 3 double bedrooms
- 2 full bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub)
- Living room with fireplace and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area
- Private interior Mediterranean courtyard with olive tree and outdoor dining table
- Dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi
- Air conditioning in two bedrooms and the office
- Heating throughout the house
- Street parking directly in front of the property
- Optional access to the village swimming pool is available from mid-June to late August for a small daily fee.
Character & Design:
Original wooden doors, hand-fired terracotta floors, exposed cedar beams and a vaulted wine cellar preserve the authentic spirit of this historic home, while modern comforts ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay year-round.
The house blends historic character with understated elegance, creating a calm and refined atmosphere in a traditional vineyard village setting.
