The Villetta in Pietra is located in the beautiful Tuscan province of Siena, in the countryside of the municipality of Sarteano, about 2 km from the historic center. It can be reached by a pleasant walk along an internal or provincial road and by regular local public transport connecting the neighboring towns of Chianciano Terme, Chiusi, and Chiusi railway station, Sarteano.
It is an ideal destination for short or long weekends, even for stays of a month or more. Upon request, it offers the possibility of seasonal adoption of an olive tree and/or a personal vegetable garden, complete with harvesting.
It is a prestigious holiday destination, ideal for all seasons, located 8 km from the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit of the A1 motorway, 110 km from Rome and 100 km from Florence.
The strategic location of the Agriturismo, favoured by efficient road links, is a good opportunity to visit the neighbouring cities of art and the renowned thermal baths with their internationally recognised beneficial waters: the free rural thermal baths of Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme, located in the context of the proven natural beauty of the Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana.
Within a few kilometres and in the surrounding area, there are magnificent places of historical and artistic value such as ancient Cetona, Montepulciano with its wine cellars and “wine route”, the characteristic Pienza with the first European architectural example of terraced houses, Chiusi and its Etruscan Museum, a treasure trove of the history of Etruscan settlements in the area.

The area is ideal for organising trekking sessions, nature walks or mountain bike excursions, guided tours of the D.O.C.G. (controlled and guaranteed origin) “wine route” to the wine cellars of Nobile di Montepulciano, Brunello di Montalcino and Chianti dei Colli Senesi.
