The bright, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, and electric oven, everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. Gather around the communal dining table to enjoy meals together, with a flat-screen TV providing entertainment for relaxed evenings in.

Every bedroom also includes its own TV and dedicated workspace, making it easy to unwind or stay productive during your stay. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available, helping you feel right at home throughout your visit.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
