The top floor is dedicated to a bright, spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, where a bespoke fitted kitchen and minimalist coastal design combine to create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Carefully chosen materials — including natural woods, lime porcelain tiles and a soft off-white palette — establish a purist sense of simplicity while remaining deeply connected to Suffolk’s coastal charm.
The pièce de résistance is the stunning balcony with sea views, offering an idyllic setting for morning coffee, sunset drinks or simply unwinding to the sound of the sea.
