Welcome to this modern and comfortable one-bedroom apartment ideally located on Bute Street in the heart of Cardiff Bay. Perfect for couples, business travellers, or small families, the apartment offers a relaxed stay with excellent access to the Bay, city centre, and waterfront attractions.
The apartment features a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, thoughtfully designed for both short and longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, while the dining space and comfortable living area make it easy to unwind. The living room also includes a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to four guests.
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open out onto a private balcony — an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The bedroom is calm and well-presented with a comfortable double bed and ample storage. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Our standard check in time is after 4pm. Check out is before 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
