We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in Stratford, a vibrant district known for its shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Just a stone's throw from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, this area offers a lively mix of culture and leisure. Enjoy nearby Westfield Stratford City for a variety of shops, restaurants, and cinemas.

Conveniently situated near Stratford Station, providing easy access to the Central and Jubilee lines, as well as Overground and National Rail services. Buses and trams are also readily available, making it simple to explore London and beyond.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
