A private balcony off the principal bedroom, a separate study and an enclosed sunroom provide flexibility for both everyday living and working from home. The property forms part of our For Sale Collection and is professionally maintained throughout.



This is a single-level apartment located on the First Floor, accessible via lift or stairs.

For green space, Peckham Rye Park and Common is approximately 1 mile away, offering open lawns, sports facilities, formal gardens and walking routes.
