Enorme, elegante, céntrico, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños con piscina y trampolín.

Enorme, lleno de luz, muy bien amueblado, apartamento de 3 dormitorios en una calle tranquila y arbolada, justo en el medio de St Kilda. El apartamento es ideal para grupos grandes, con una enorme sala de estar y dos baños y dos entradas. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 8 con ropa de cama existente, y se pueden suministrar 2 colchones adicionales si es necesario.

El apartamento es todo el piso superior de un bloque de dos apartamentos. Es ideal para familias, con un gran jardín con un trampolín de tamaño olímpico, piscina climatizada y el famoso parque temático St Kilda Adventure Playground a un minuto a pie. Se proporcionan dos cunas, una silla alta, juguetes y un cochecito si es necesario.

La ubicación del apartamento es simplemente increíble; lejos de todo el ruido en una calle tranquila, pero al mismo tiempo justo en el medio de St Kilda, a tiro de piedra de restaurantes, la playa y más. No es necesario tomar un tranvía para ver ninguna de las atracciones de St Kilda, simplemente salga por la puerta y todo estará a un corto paseo.

Viví en este apartamento durante 13 años (que es lo que sé lo increíble que es) y ahora vivo en la planta baja en el único otro apartamento en el bloque. Estoy disponible para ayudarlo de cualquier forma que necesite, incluidas las recomendaciones para comidas y actividades, el suministro de cualquier artículo relacionado con niños u otro, pero también respeto la privacidad del visitante, por lo que no me verá a menos que lo desee.

El apartamento está a menos de un minuto a pie del tranvía no 96 (a Brunswick - a través de la ciudad), el tranvía no 16 - (a la Universidad de Melbourne a través de la ciudad) y el tranvía no 12 (a Richmond). Hello Lisa - this is a very disappointing review - at no stage did you communicate with me about any issues, and in eight years there has never been anyone say anything about problems with sleeping - there are plenty of very comfortable beds, the property is in a quiet dead end street, there are block out curtains in each room, airconditioners and heaters....your comments make no sense. Previous reviews, covering the exact same conditions rate the apartment 10/10. I would like you to please withdraw your review. thank you.

Perfect location for families or groups

Property couldn’t be in any better location than this! It is a huge place with lots of quirkiness and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super easy and facilities great too. Loads of games etc for the kids to use during your stay.

Really beautiful home full of personality!!

Stayed for 2 nights with a few friends and was blown away by the size and the atmosphere of the property, it's full of personality with a really gorgeous bathroom. It's very big and in a prime location for travelling to the beach restaurants (10 minute walk). The pool was a good size and although the hot tub didn't exactly work for us, it was still relaxing. Plenty of beds and bedding. Overall a wonderful place that I would stay again.

St Kilda Warehouse style / apartment, eclectic, fantastic space. situation perfect. Books galore , . Great for our little grandchild and would be for kids of all ages. The spa shower is not great for older people , very steep to get out of. ; ( and covered in ants) It just needs a really good clean and exhaust fans in the bathrooms. We had a great 10 days.

St Kilda apartment- loved it

We loved our stay at this property. Sarah was great and excellent with her communication. We had a group of 5 adults. There was plenty of room, lovely coffee and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was excellent. We were able to walk through to the local restaurant’s and St Kilda mall. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us Sarah.

Great value, perfect location

I loved the retro style of the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. There was plenty to entertain our teenagers, who especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The location was perfect - a short walk to restaurants, cafes, trams, luna park etc. Sarah, the owner, was very kind and helpful - thanks for the tip about the Galleon Cafe - loved it! Visits and cuddles with Daisy and Lucy (Sarah's cat and dog) were an unexpected bonus.

Great for a big family!

Great property for a large family to stay. There is some wear and tear, however, with this, you're not worried about the kids breaking something or messing the place up too much, so it's a nice place for a family to relax. We stayed during winter and there were plenty of heaters to keep the place warm. The games & Xbox kept the kids entertained when we were not out exploring. It's a great location for exploring. The owner was helpful and easy to deal with.

Perfect for our large family

We absolutely loved our time in the apartment. Sarah was a perfect host. We arrived very late on the first night, Sarah sent us photos of the property so we could find it easily in the dark, and left the lights and the heater on for us so we felt very welcomed. The location is perfect. 4 mins away from the tram stop into town, and about 10ish from the supermarket and Luna Park. We are a large family (two adults and seven children!) and we had heaps of room to spread ourselves out and not be on top of each other when we were ‘home’ for the evenings. We hope that Sarah will have us back for our next trip!

Family Wedding Weekender

Great Location, very quiet and roomy and the property owner was very accessible when we had questions. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, stains on the couches, mold on the ensuite bathroom ceiling ( a health issue for bad asthma sufferer) not sure if the ceiling above the couch also has mold or water stains and the paint is peeling off, bed doona covers weren't put on properly, no sink plug would fit sink, iron broken and looked like it had been dropped as it would not hold water. Oven had to be lit manually as ignition button broken and it was not very clean. Had to buy AAA batteries for the split system remote in the lounge area and it looks like no one has cleaned behind the book shelves in the lounge for quite some time. Noticed this when I went to retrieve a cap. This property has so much potential and just a shame no love has been put back into caring for it.

Great stay

The accommodation was close to the beach, attractions, shopping and restaurants. It easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 children. I love that there were toys, lego etc for the kids. Happy kids = happy parents. I highly recommend. Host was amazing and super responsive.
