The spacious sitting room provides a warm and inviting setting for evenings in, while the large family and dining area forms the heart of the home — ideal for long dinners, celebrations, or relaxed mornings. A separate study/bedroom offers flexibility for remote work or additional sleeping space.
Upstairs, the generous bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to offer comfort and privacy, making the property ideal for multi-generational stays, group bookings, or extended visits.
An additional annex space adds further versatility, whether used for quiet relaxation, extra accommodation, or a private retreat within the home.

- Fireplace: The fire hub in the dining/TV room is decorative only and not for use due to health and safety reasons. - Septic Tank: The property uses a septic tank. Please mention in the listing that only toilet paper should be flushed. - Piano: Not for guest use.
Kitchen & Appliances: - Quooker Tap: Bosch - press left-hand button; middle red ring - press to select heat level. - Microwave: Located under the hob. - Warming Drawer: Tap to open (located under the double oven). - Coffee Machine: Nespresso. - Cutlery: Drawer located near the fridge.
Main Rooms: - Office: Includes a dedicated work desk and Chromecast. - Downstairs Shower: Please note that showers should be kept short due to water flow. - Utility: Fuse board and heating controls are located in the small cupboard on the right-hand side, a few steps up the stairs.
Bedrooms: - Bedroom 2: King-size bed; one double wardrobe available for hanging (the other is locked). - Bedroom 3: Two single beds; cupboard with shelves; electric drying rack stored under the bed. - Master Bedroom: Extra blankets in the ottoman; chest of drawers and one double wardrobe; en-suite shower with hairdryer; Chromecast; fan (switch next to bed, speed control in the drawer). Outdoor & Maintenance: Pool: Open from July to mid-September only. Weekly maintenance included. Clear on listing so ALL Guests can see that pool is closed other months. - Outdoor Safety: No glass in the pool area; please use the outdoor crockery located in the drawer near the sink. - Furniture: Outside table is covered; chairs are in the shed; sofa set is by the pool. - Garden: Weekly garden tidy every Friday at 7:30 AM from April onwards. Guests should flag at the time of booking if this is an issue.
