Perfect base for HS2 Sites, Edgbaston, City centre, Solihull, NEC, M42 & more.
Parking: Large driveway for 3-4 vehicles or 2 LWBs
Downstairs: Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room. Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms and bathroom.
Located on a private cul-de-sac
Parking: Large driveway for 3-4 vehicles and bigger van/s.
Great off-street parking on this private residential street too.
Downstairs: Spacious kitchen overlooking the beautiful garden,
Living room, with stunning fireplace features, 2 downstairs bedrooms, and a few extra touches :)
Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms. Spacious. Large fitted wardrobes generous sleeping room.

Beds - All beds except for 1 are doubles, with brand new orthopaedic mattresses

Living room - 2 generously roomy sofas, dining table for 4-6, coffee tables, large 50 inch TV, beautifully decorated and a brilliant space.
Kitchen - Very well equipped (see photos). large pots pans, non-stick frying pans, real cookware, ample dinnerware. mugs, wine glasses
Brand new large range cooker & a new American fridge freezer, washing machine and integrated dishwasher. Microwave, toaster, kettle etc
We also provide: Tea, Coffee, Sugar. Herbal teas. Cooking oils and basic spices.

Front Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, multi purpose games table. a small seating area.
1 Extra Bedroom in the newly carpeted garage room - This is also a large comfortable double bed, a work desk - located next to the kitchen.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - 1 Double Bed, 1 single bed - Large fitted wardrobes - Spacious room, overlooking the back garden. Curtains for privacy
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed, Large fitted wardrobes - This overlooks the front private street
Bedroom 3 - 1 Double Bed - Again, overlooking the front driveway
Bathroom: Shower WC, bath, sink, mirror etc.
We also supply: cleaning products. dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, mop, hoover, etc for short term and long-term guests.
