Welcome to our spacious and comfortable house in Westhoughton, Bolton. The property accommodates up to 5 guests and offers a practical layout designed for both short and longer visits. There are three bedrooms in total: one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.



All areas of the house are private for your exclusive use. The main bathroom is a full bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower head, and there is an additional WC located close to the kitchen for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals, with a dining area set around the island breakfast bar that comfortably seats up to 4 people. The living room offers a welcoming space where you can unwind after a long day.



There is 1 flight of stairs to reach the upper levels of the house.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Private free on-site parking is available on the driveway at the back of the house, near the garage, with space for up to 4 cars.



The property is located in Westhoughton, a pleasant residential area with local shops, supermarkets and green spaces nearby. Bolton town centre is a short drive away, where you can visit Bolton Museum and Art Gallery, explore historic Smithills Hall, or enjoy shopping and dining at Middlebrook Retail Park. For countryside lovers, Rivington Pike and the West Pennine Moors offer scenic walks and beautiful views. Manchester is also easily accessible by car or train, where you can explore major shopping areas, football stadium tours, theatres, live music venues and a wide range of restaurants.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
