The stay was pleasant and comfortable.

The room is located in a convenient area, well served by public transport, with supermarkets, pubs and bars a few minutes away. The room is cosy, the shared bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. It would be better to provide the guests with a few more towels. The staff was present and helpful. The overall experience was positive.

Check in was relatively easy, but the property is nothing like the listing. I was made to think it would be a nice room above the ground floor(as the place is listed as floor two, room three), but the space itself was on the basement level, smelled moldy when we walked in and had dirty carpet flooring, not the hardwood listed in the picture. Not to mention, the bathroom was dirty as well, with stains around the bottom of the tile and moldy spots on the ceiling above the shower. The sheets must not have been clean because my girlfriend woke up with bedbug bites all over her legs and upper body. The whole place smelled vaguely wet during our stay and there was other people’s underwear and bathing supplies all over the bathroom!
