This deposit is held as protection against accidental damage, excessive cleaning, unauthorised late check out or missing items, and is fully refunded after checkout provided the property is left in good condition. As a professional host we use a security deposit to help maintain the quality and comfort of our homes for all guests.

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours.

• Dispose of rubbish properly and leave the property reasonably tidy on departure.
• Follow all safety instructions provided in the home.
