In a charming coastal town, you will find this exclusive newly built duplex, completed in 2025, located in a protected building with an original late 19th-century façade. The building consists of six apartments. During construction, the original exterior was carefully preserved, while the entire interior has been completely redesigned with a modern and energy-efficient approach.
In addition to offering maximum comfort, this duplex enjoys a prime location by the sea, just five minutes from spectacular beaches such as Marzán and Los Caballos. It is a strategic base for exploring Cantabria—only 15 minutes from Santander, 18 minutes from Santillana del Mar, and 25 minutes from Cabárceno Park.
