- Spacious bedroom with comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen and ample storage for clothes

Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions. Situated close to the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal in St Paul's, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. St Paul's Tram station is just 2 minutes from the apartment and Birmingham Snow Hill train station is just 5 minutes away. Other nearby attractions within walking distance include; Utilita Arena (15 mins), National Sea Life Centre (15 mins), The Rep Theatre (10 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (15 mins).
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. St Paul's Tram station is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and Birmingham Snow Hill train station is just 5 minutes away. Birmingham New Street station is a 15 minute walk or short tram ride away.

There is a sofa bed for 1 guest in the bedroom that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking)
Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
