Náměstí Míru square is the central point for Vinohrady district and main public transport point (direct tram line to Prague castle and direct metro to Old Town). Very popular area for locals and expats alike.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with kingsize bed, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Please note that the apartment is not newly renovated but we do our best to keep it in best shape possible. The price is lower for that reason :).

As such, we are legally required to collect certain personal information from you, including your passport or ID card number and permanent residence address (so-called guestbook registration).
A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure link to complete this registration. The link leads to a third-party site that is approved and recognized by the booking platform you used. Completing the form is mandatory in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Additionally, we are obliged to collect a city fee of 50 CZK per person per night on behalf of the local municipality.
For reservations made on or before April 11, 2025, this fee is not included in the total price and must be paid in full before check-in via the same link as the guestbook registration (online card payment with CVC).
For reservations made after April 11, 2025, the city fee is already included in the total price. However, guestbook registration remains mandatory for all bookings.
Please make sure before booking that you have all documents required as per current government measures.
If you’d like to rent the apartment for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshooting, videoshooting etc.), please contact us in advance. Rental for commercial purposes is possible only on previous notice with special agreement and different policy applies.
The entire listing is strictly non-smoking - including vaping and electronic cigarettes.
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00/10pm until 7:00am.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
