Fishing is permitted directly from the property decking subject to having appropriate rod licences and observing the closed season. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy quiet mornings by the water, watch boats pass by, or relax as the sun sets over the river.
A private boat mooring is included, making it ideal for boating enthusiasts or anyone wanting to enjoy the Broads from the water. The sandy beaches of Winterton and Sea Palling are just a short ten-minute drive away, perfect for seaside days.
