First floor one bedroom sea view apartment in the heart of Rothesay town.
Perfectly located, less than a 5 minute walk away from the ferry terminal and a stones throw away from local shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés.
Featuring a cosy living area with a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, a sleek bathroom, double bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, making the perfect home away from home.

• Bedroom: A bright double-sized bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and hangers available for easy storage. Travel cot is available upon request.
• Living Area: Relax in the spacious lounge, with a TV with apps such as Netflix available, complete with a small double sofa bed - ideal for one adult or two children and a dining table for 4 guests.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook your favourite meals.
Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and towels. Hand soap, 2in1 Shampoo/body wash and conditioner is available.
Hallway: Generously sized with
additional wardrobe storage and a cupboard with cleaning supplies, board games, books and extra bedding for the sofa bed.
Parking: Free on street parking available outside the building.
There is a small selection of kids books available and some toys like a bucket and spade that can be used during your stay.
Guest access
There is a locked cupboard in the bedroom for hosts personal use. Guests able to use the rest of the flat exclusively.
Other things to note
Service entry to close and flat, code will be sent for key box prior to self check in. Exterior close is currently undergoing renovation works and currently in disrepair, this has no baring on the flat itself and the close has adequate lighting etc.
