Spanning approximately 65 square metres, Villa Evanthia features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with extra-large double beds and premium linens, alongside two contemporary bathrooms with walk-in showers, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. The bright living space includes a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the villa to accommodate up to six guests, while floor-to-ceiling windows open directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.



The fully equipped modern kitchen is designed for effortless self-catering and includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, and all essential kitchenware and dining items. The interiors are finished in soft, earthy tones with carefully selected furnishings that enhance the calming, airy ambiance throughout the villa.



Outside, Villa Evanthia offers a private swimming pool with open sea views, a spacious sun-drenched terrace, outdoor dining furniture, and comfortable loungers, making it an ideal setting for relaxed mornings, long afternoons in the sun, or sunset evenings overlooking the Aegean. Additional features include air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a private entrance, safety deposit box, and private parking. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.



Personalised concierge services can be arranged through the complex, including private transfers, yacht or boat hire, curated dining experiences, and island excursions, all subject to availability and payable locally at an additional cost. Daily housekeeping is not included unless specifically arranged in advance, and any optional services requested during the stay may incur extra charges.



Please note that a refundable damage deposit of up to €300 may be requested and retained after check-out should any damage be identified, in line with the property’s terms and conditions. Additional charges may also apply for extra linen or towel changes if requested during the stay.
