The Space:

Beach Loft is a ground-floor apartment where, upon arrival, you are immediately welcomed by a bright and open living space with breathtaking sea views. The rounded windows and high ceilings create a particularly spacious and luxurious atmosphere. The living room features a cosy seating area and a large dining table where you can comfortably enjoy time together. From the entire living room and kitchen you can look out over the sea, the beach and the lively promenade. In the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets without even leaving the comfort of your apartment.



The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a carefree stay, including a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. The kitchen island also provides extra seating, perfect for enjoying a drink together while cooking.



The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for three people. From both bedrooms you have access to a spacious ground-floor terrace.



The spacious family bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and two washbasins. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the hallway for extra comfort.



For even more convenience, Beach Loft also has a practical storage room with a washing machine and dryer. As an added bonus, there is a private garage box underneath the building, so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space upon arrival.



Beach Loft is located in the popular seaside city of Ostend, in a prime location by the sea and close to the city centre. In the area you will find numerous restaurants, cosy bars, shops and activities, offering the perfect combination of relaxation by the sea and the lively atmosphere of the city.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
