To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected during your visit.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 16:00 onwards.
Check-out is before 10:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
Quiet Hours
To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbours, quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please keep noise levels low during these hours.
No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. The apartment is located in a residential building and we ask guests to respect the community.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Any smoke damage or odor may result in additional cleaning charges.
Pets
We are pet-friendly and well-behaved pets are welcome.
Please inform us in advance if you will be travelling with a pet.
A pet cleaning fee may apply, depending on the length of stay and number of pets.
Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment for long periods and guests are responsible for any damage caused.
Respect the Property
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of £500 is required for each reservation.
The deposit will be fully returned within 72 hours after check-out, provided that the property is left in good condition and no damage or missing items are reported.
Keys & Access
Please ensure the apartment is securely locked when leaving.
Lost keys or access devices may incur a replacement charge.
Appliances & Utilities
We kindly ask guests to turn off lights, heating, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
Waste & Recycling
Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins before departure. Recycling guidelines can be found in the welcome guide.
Safety
For safety reasons, please do not leave candles or cooking unattended and ensure windows and doors are closed when leaving the property.
