The living space includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a bar. The bedrooms include a king-size with balcony, three double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower, a bunk with double and single, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is ample off-road parking and a lawned garden with furniture, barbecue, summer house and hot tub. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property accepts pets but does not tolerate smoking. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop and within 0.3 miles there is a pub and beach. Broadsands is a wonderful escape in a desirable part of Devon. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250GBP
