Nelisa is a luxury private villa conceived as a sanctuary of light, calm, and refined comfort.
Nestled on the hills of Bali, Crete, overlooking the breathtaking gulf, the villa enjoys
one of the most privileged viewpoints on the island.
Villa Nelisa spans 240 square meters of refined interior space (in a plot of 4.300sq.m.), complemented by rich outdoor areas designed to maximize sea views, privacy, and comfort. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, or discerning travelers seeking a premium private villa
experience in Crete.
The heart of Nelisa is its open-plan living area, where the living room, dining room, and
kitchen flow effortlessly together. Designed for relaxation and social connection, this
space offers uninterrupted sea views and direct access to shaded outdoor terraces.
The dining area comfortably seats eight guests, complemented by a kitchen island for
four, making it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or private chef experiences.
The living room features plush seating, a calm color palette, and advanced entertainment
systems, including a 65’’ 4K Smart TV, DVD player, and PlayStation. A guest WC
is also available on this level.
A dedicated fitness room allows guests to maintain their wellness routine in privacy,
equipped with a multifunction gym machine, treadmill, spin bike and more.
The villa accommodates 12 guests across six elegant en suite bedrooms, each featuring
walk-in showers and carefully selected finishes. Modern minimalism blends with
warm natural textures, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
The outdoor areas define the Villa Nelisa experience.
The 45 sq.m. infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi overlooks the sea, creating a striking visual connection with the horizon.
The BBQ & outdoor dining area is ideal for sunset gatherings and al fresco dining.
Villa Nelisa is not just a destination, it is an experience that stays with you. Rooted in
mythology, inspired by light, and shaped by the natural beauty of Crete, it offers a
