Ermine House has four bedrooms, ONE bathroom, living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and private outdoor back yard.

On the ground floor you will find a stylish living room with traditional wooden flooring and a comfy L-shaped sofa, tub chair and bean bag perfect for relaxing whilst watching Netflix or enjoying each others company. The sofa also pulls out into an additional comfortable single bed for larger groups.

To the rear of the property is the newly refurbished kitchen (complete with its original flooring) which is an ideal space for cooking with family or friends. With its large 5 burner range oven and dining area, this kitchen is equipped with everything you need to rustle up a delicious meal and spend quality time together with your loved ones.

The final room on the ground floor is a spacious King bedroom with a beautiful bay window giving this room a really fresh feel. This room can also be converted into a twin room on request.

At the top of the stairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms, one King, one twin and a single. The King can also be converted into a third twin room on request.

The bathroom is also located on the second floor between the bedrooms which boasts a bathtub with rainfall shower above and also has a fresh feel.
