Casa Lupo di Mare is on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a second bathroom.
The house is completed by two spacious verandas with tables for comfortable dining (and privacy thanks to the plants), clothes lines and a very popular outdoor shower.
The house is equipped with air conditioning (in the two main bedrooms) and fans, although its exposure on several sides makes it pleasantly airy.
Casa Lupo di Mare overlooks two quiet pedestrian streets at the front and rear (the front street allows you to load/unload luggage and shopping at the entrance, as you can still drive up to the gate). In general, the village in which it is located is very quiet and peaceful, despite being 100 metres from the pedestrian centre of San Teodoro.
