A combination of 2 spacious holiday cottages (each sleeping 4 guests) in a rural setting ideally positioned just 5 minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups of friends, these beautiful Cornish cottages are within the same complex, close to Bude, and have all the amenities needed, and more than enough space for up to 8 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay on the Cornish coast.

All bedrooms include comfortable beds with crisp hotel-quality linen and ample storage. Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided.



Guests can also make use of the communal gardens and patio areas.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole private access to the 2 holiday cottages.



The Neighborhood:

A peaceful location surrounded by farmland with lovely coastal views. Less than 5 mins drive (or 25 minute walk) from Widemouth Bay, where you can make the most of the stunning beach and enjoy surfing, watersports or coastal walks . Here there is a small selection of cafes and bars but for more choice you can head 5 mins up the coast to Bude. Bude is a bustling coastal town, home to an array of shops, bars, restaurants and even a night club. You can also rent surfboards, SUPs or book boat trips, fishing or other activities from one of the tour operators based in Bude. Here you will also find a large Morrisons supermarket for your groceries.



Getting Around:

Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.



Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.



The kitchens are fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 8 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
