The guests will receive a verification request through Vrbo messaging to provide an identification, must be registered with a selfie with ID or Passport

⚠️Check-in & Check-out Times⚠️
Please respect the established check-in and check-out times ( check in 4pm to 7pm) ( check out 11am) so our cleaning team can properly prepare the property for all guests.

⚠️Maximum Occupancy⚠️
The maximum number of guests allowed in the property must not be exceeded at any time. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. ⚠️Unregistered guests are not permitted⚠️

⚠️Respect the neighborhood⚠️
This home is located in a quiet residential community. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

⚠️Quiet Hours⚠️
Please respect quiet hours and maintain reasonable noise levels. [[The property is equipped with noise sensors that send notifications to the hosts in case of exceeding the levels, 2 notifications can lead to cancellation without the right to a refund]]

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.

⚠️Food and Drinks in Bedrooms⚠️
Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms to prevent stains and maintain cleanliness.

⚠️Cleanliness⚠️
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.

⚠️Lock Doors When Leaving⚠️
For security reasons, please ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and locked whenever you leave the property.

⚠️Report Damages⚠️
If anything is accidentally damaged during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation.

Parking is available for two (2) vehicles at no additional cost.


⚠️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking inside the property.

⚠️ Pool Safety – Glass objects are strictly prohibited in the pool area. A $4,000 fine will apply if the pool needs to be drained due to broken glass.

⚠️ Mid-Stay Cleaning Service – Available for $225. This service includes changing bed linens and towels, restocking essential supplies, and cleaning interior areas.

⚠️ Security Cameras – The property is equipped with exterior security cameras, noise sensors, and smoke detectors. Tampering with any of these devices will result in a $500 fine.

⚠️ Laundry Service – Laundry service for personal items is available for an additional fee depending on the number of items. 👉👉👉👉Another important detail: The property has service and storage areas where items like the water heater, AC system, electrical panel, internet equipment, service equipment, tools cleaning products and laundry supplies are kept. These areas are clearly marked with signs indicating they are closed to guests. For guest access, you will find everything in the photos: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and the patio. Just to be clear, these closed areas are only for service personnel. They handle tasks like washing towels or servicing the AC without needing to enter guest spaces or disturb you. These are strictly for maintenance purposes.
