Great location, wonderful quiet pool, beautiful view

We were a family of 4 with 2 children 10 and 13 and small dog staying in this apartment for 5 days. The complex, pool and location is wonderful and the view is beautiful. We had extremely hot weather and the aircon just held out but as the bedroom is a mezzanine it was a little hot up there. Communication could have been better with forewarning of cleaning charges. We instead had to pay an additional 150euros extra when we arrived. I felt this was reasonable considering the location and standard of the apartment.

Nice view from the Balkone

When we arrived I was quite surprised that the cleaner charged me 150 euros and handed the apartment over to me, I thought the cleaning was included in the rent and 150 euros, really, what kind of hourly wage is that? !?!?! The apartment was definitely hip in the 1960s and 70s, but it is getting old and in need of renovation! There is only one bathtub and the shower hose is too short to shower standing up, so you can only shower while sitting. In the lower area, near the kitchen, in the hallway, a toilet was built into a cupboard!! It makes sense to have a toilet in the lower area too, since the apartment is on two levels, with a bedroom and bathroom above, a kitchen and living room below, but who likes to sit in a closet in the kitchen to go to the toilet ?!?!!! However, the view from the terrace is very nice and you can see the sea. The way to Szrand is not far and we were there in 5 minutes by bike. Overall, the complex is very nice, the pool is very large and you can really relax and unwind!

Appartamento in posizione invidiabile, situato in una pineta con vista favolosa e silenziosissimo. Spiaggia di sabbia e acque cristalline a 10 minuti a piedi. Da migliorare la connessione wi-fi praticamente inutilizzabile per scarso segnale.

Super Lage - mit Abzügen wegen Badezimmer

Toller Aufenthalt - leider ist die Dusche wegen zu kurzem Duschschlauch nicht zu nutzen (nur im Sitzen). Auch die Sauberkeit - besonders die Küchenutensilien lassen zu Wünschen übrig.

Environment, logement, propriétaire et gérante parfait

Tout était parfait, accueil et échanges avec propriétaire (Xavier) et la gérante (Farah). Appartement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, magnifique terrasse / vue. Complexe super agréable, piscine, terrain de tennis à proximité de toutes les facilités (plage, centre de saint tropez). Tout était parfait, le seul bémol que certains propriétaires seniors (retraités) s ‘écharpent (entre propriétaires ou vis à vis des vacanciers) dans les espaces communs (piscine,…) pour des futilites, à fortiori en présence d enfants, (les bases élémentaires d éducation et de respects qu ils devraient pourtant transmettre, se comportant au contraire comme des adultes immatures) créant une atmosphère négative et pesante alors qu ils ont tout pour être heureux dans un cadre idyllique et profiter des années de retraites.

Très jolie résidence bien arborée et bien située à quelques pas de la plage de Tahiti, l'appartement est petit mais a une assez grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Pampelonne. Très bon accueil par le gardien

Appartement agréable, (coût du) nettoyage à revoir

Contact aimable avec le propriétaire et la personne de contact sur place. L'appartement se situe dans une copropriété agréable et bien entretenue. Les gros plus sont la (superbe et vast piscine) ainsi que la proximité immédiate de la plage. L'appartement est plutôt bien fourni, la climatisation est vraiment appréciable et la vue à partir de la terrasse est superbe. Seul bémol est la proprété relative de l'appartement à l'arrivée. Ce qui n'est pas dramatique pour une location de vacances, mais pas du tout adéquat en vue du montant forfaitaire de nettoyage (cent cinquante eur pour une location de 2 semaines). Néanmoins, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Stimmung view, great pool and beautifully maintained garden

We are grateful for being Xaviers guests for a week in July. His apartment is located in a very well maintained gated community with a huge swimming pool (at least 25 m in length) and designated parking. From the terrace the view in the bay is breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped and sofabed is new and tastefully chosen. Air-condition is available, but slightly hard to control. Apartment has no W-LAN. Thank you, Xavier for a lovely vacation.

Breathtaking View, Amazing Location

I dreamed of sitting on this beautiful deck for months !! Being there was better than my dreams and the view is more extraordinary than the picture shows. This super comfortable condo is set in a gorgeous community with fabulous gardens, a huge pool and tennis courts. The grounds feel like those of a 5 star hotel !! It is an easy walk to the famous Tahiti beach and an easy drive on the back roads -- no traffic not crowded -- to town -- just minutes !! The apartment is modern and comfortable. We cooked fantastic meals in the well equipped kitchen -- the European appliances take a little getting used to for an American -- but the fridge is HUGE -- and ate them on the terrace with the million dollar view !! My husband, myself and our 7 year old were very comfortable in the apartment. I MISS IT !!!!
