This bright and quiet apartment is located in one of the best areas of Buenos Aires, in the heart of Palermo, just one block from Avenida Santa Fe and the Austria metro station. The location allows guests to easily explore the city while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable place to relax.
The apartment is spacious, full of natural light and designed to provide a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It is ideal for travelers who want to experience Buenos Aires like a local while staying in a safe and vibrant neighborhood.
From the apartment, guests can easily walk to some of the city's most beautiful areas. Avenida Libertador and its parks are perfect for long walks, and many of Buenos Aires’ most important museums and cultural attractions are nearby. The famous Xul Solar Museum is only two blocks away.
The neighborhood offers everything you may need during your stay. There are cafés, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops just steps from the building. A Starbucks and several local cafés are located nearby, making it easy to enjoy breakfast or a coffee before exploring the city. Palermo is also known for its lively nightlife, with restaurants, bars and clubs only a few blocks away.
Despite being close to the city's main avenues and attractions, the apartment itself remains very quiet and relaxing. It is a perfect balance between vibrant city life and a peaceful place to rest.
Public transportation is excellent. The metro (Subte) and many bus lines are just one block away, allowing easy access to all areas of Buenos Aires.
Your stay will be assisted by Teodoro and Teresa. Teresa, a trusted housekeeper, helps with the cleaning and preparation of the apartment. Weekly general cleaning is included, and additional cleaning hours or extra days can be arranged if needed for an additional fee.
