Wonderful place to stay

9 Day Stay for MSBL Tournament

Our stay was amazing. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, situated in gated community with a wonderful swimming pool and spa. Marsha was a great host, helped us get there and provided everything we needed. It was like a home away from home. We hope to return next year.

Easy access to property, great pool, spa and community area. Traffic noise was unpleasant when using back yard patio at residence. Inside was comfortable but dated.

Amazing place!!!

I would highly recommend this property. Very nice and spacious for our family. Very clean when we arrived. Has to contact owner a few times and very quick on responding to my questions. No issues at all and would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Marsha is very organized with printed directions describing all aspects of the stay, from checking in and out to internet directions which was very helpful. She responded to my questions promptly. The condo was well supplied and and clean. The location was terrific and close to restaurants and shopping. The shower in the master bath was slightly sunken which worked for me. My wife has Parkinson’s and is 78 years old, but we she managed to use it with help from me. The weather was great. All and all we enjoyed our stay very much.

Paradise in Paradise Valley

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Our 5 and 3 year old loved the pool, hot tub and the backyard to play in. The condo was very clean, well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen appliances. Beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were very friendly when at the pool. Great location! Would stay here again!

Great location; just what we needed

We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks and were very happy with the location, garage and yard for our dog and sipping coffee in the morning. Thr kitchen was fully stocked and there was lots of closet and drawer space. Management was responsive, and we had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

We couldn’t have known how perfect the location is to access anything and everything we wanted to do. From local dining to access to travel to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and even airport. The condo had perfect amenities and enough privacy to make us feel at home. Thank you for the time in your place.

After being transferred to South America with his job, my father passed away and my mother decided to relocate from our home in Buenos Aires Argentina to a small state side dwelling. In 1976 she came upon this cute little townhouse in the midst of the up and coming city of Scottsdale, Arizona. It was the last model home in the Villa Del Oro community, close to all kinds of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, resorts, schools, and outdoor activities. This home was a perfect location for her close to everything she would need or want! So for the next few decades my mother Mildred Annette ( she never liked her first name ) , lived there happily until recently at the age of 90.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I am now a single mother of five children living in Goodyear, Arizona, with two sons serving in the Marines, two in college, and my youngest soon to start high school. As a working mother, and caregiver of my mom, her escalating dementia became more than my sister and I could handle, so it became necessary to place her into a group home. Her Scottsdale home was remodeled and is now available as a vacation rental to help cover her care expenses. My hope is to be able to keep this town home in our family as a place of respite, but also as a place to share with people who want to visit and explore this beautiful area.

We are centrally located to all kinds of activities off premises. Our home includes access to the onsite clubhouse across the street that offers a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi with lots of seating and umbrella tables. Guests are also able to enjoy the relaxing living room style seating and TV inside the clubhouse, which also includes a pool table and shuffle board, fitness area with locker room, sauna and showers. This is the perfect place for a relaxing, quiet, get away that is accessible to all kinds of activities when you want to explore sunny Scottsdale. Public transportation pick up is accessible steps away, with direct access only a couple blocks away ,to Fashion square mall , Tourist friendly art shops, hundreds of top notch restaurants, resorts, with an amazing night life of awesome clubs and bars and much more in the heart of Scottsdale.
