Just a short walk to Kames Village is a friendly pub and welcoming locals. Kames is tucked away on the West Coast of Scotland, just waiting to be explored. Nearby is the village of Tighnabruaich where you will find local arts and crafts, cafés and further pubs. Kames is bordered by Loch Fyne and the Kyles of Bute, this is an area of stunning natural beauty, with hills, glens, rugged coastlines, white beaches, clear waters, and ancient forests. The whole area is steeped in Highland history and dotted with ruins, castles, and ancient sites.
Just over 4 miles away is Portavadie, the well-known marina, with a leisure spa, indoor swimming pool, outdoor infinity pool, jacuzzi and two restaurants. Explore travels further afield to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the Isle of Bute, and historic Inveraray, it’s also an easy day trip to Oban, one of the seafood capitals of Scotland. Kames View is only a two-hour drive from Glasgow.
