Inside, on the ground floor, the bright and airy living room has ample seating and patio doors leading to both the front and rear gardens and floods the room with natural light. The spacious Kitchen/dining room is extremely well equipped with with all you will need to cook a simple meal to a lavish spread! The large dining table is perfect for family meals or games nights – try not to get too competitive! Also on this floor you will find a large double bedroom with bay window as well as a utility room with washing machine and toilet. Upstairs, the large master family suite has been cleverly designed in an ’L’ shape with a kingsize bed one end and twin beds around the corner, the large en-suite with shower sits nicely in the corner. Thye second bedroom is a spacious double with en-suite shower room while bedroom three has twin beds as well as a large bay window with seating area. The family bathroom has a corner bath to enjoy! Outside, to the front is a large gravelled parking area with double garage along with a small lawn area. To the rear you have a wonderful paved garden with plenty of seating and areas to relax, as well as a further lawned area.
Brooklands is set in the heart of Uplyme, with the local park just across the road and a small shop next door. The seaside town of Lyme Regis is just over a mile away and is packed full of entertaining things to do like fossil hunting, building sandcastle on the beach, enjoying an ice cream or traditional fish and chips on the sea front, as well as many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Further afield you have the smaller seaside towns of Charmouth and Seaton to explore or head inland where you will find many attractions to be enjoyed! Beach 1½ miles.
