On the first floor of the property lies the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen, like most rooms in the house, has beautiful views out to the River Tweed. The house is flooded with light creating a very warm and relaxing environment. The traditional kitchen has a large usable Range with an exposed brick wall and an old school bench to prep the perfect family meal. The kitchen is fully kitted out, with a Nespresso machine, washing machine and a dishwasher. Two archways either side of the kitchen lead you to a large family dining room. The perfect space for entertaining and relaxing at the end of an adventure filled day. The family drawing room is a cosy snug with a Smart TV with the Netflix app for use with guests’ own account (log out on departure) and a selection of DVDs. A perfect spot for the kids to chill out while the adults enjoy a drink in the formal living room upstairs, which also has a hidden Smart TV.

The property has three generous sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed, looking out to stunning river views. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee watching the sun seep into the room, or the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day. The second double bedroom with kingsize bed has luxurious throws and cushions also looking over the same gorgeous river views.
