Bathroom: Cubicle Shower, Bath, Toilet. Enclosed garden, seating for 2, loungers available, barbecue. A private apartment with access to the social and dining conveniences of a hotel. Modern and fresh feeling with touches of endearing Englishness throughout. The conveniences are all high-end, modern and stylish. The apartment is eco-friendly with hot water powered by solar panels.
The kitchen is generous and well designed, with an open-plan dining space. A breakfast bar completes the scene. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with a Spring-fresh feel about them. One bedroom doubles as a sitting room, with Smart TV, french windows to the patio/garden, and deep relaxing leather sofas.
Out the back, a large garden space with patio is ideal for barbecuing and is an excellent run-around space for children and dogs. Out front, a Mediterranean themed courtyard encourages conversation and refreshments under the stars. At night, the hanging lights make this an even prettier space. Look for the guinea pigs under the olive tree.
Parking is plentiful and easy, with brand new charging stations for electric vehicles, including one for Teslas.
Overall, the apartment is modern, spacious, fresh and cheery, with easy access to private patio/garden or shared courtyard and Spanish restaurant and bar.
