Elegant 5-bedroom house in the heart of Santarcangelo di Romagna, perfect for families and groups of friends. Walk to restaurants, cafés and boutiques within seconds, enjoy sunset drinks on the panoramic terrace and reach the Adriatic beaches in just 15 minutes by car. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for up to 14 guests.
Le Contrade is a multi-level historic townhouse offering five bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, ideal for families and groups travelling together.
On the ground floor you will find the main entrance and a double bedroom.
The first floor features a second double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and access to a private courtyard.
On the second floor there are two additional double bedrooms, both with a mezzanine level including a French bed, perfect for families with children or small groups sharing the space.
From the first floor, an external staircase leads to the fifth double bedroom and to the two-level panoramic terrace overlooking the rooftops of the old town, ideal for relaxing or enjoying sunset drinks together.
Original architectural details blend with modern comfort, creating an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the house.
