The ground floor offers a stylish double bedroom, ideal for restful nights, along with a handy WC, a utility room with a washer/dryer, and a drinks fridge for your convenience. A door from the utility room opens onto your private, peaceful courtyard, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drinks.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for a self-catering stay, complemented by a large dining area where you can enjoy meals and create lasting memories with friends and family. After dining, retire to the cozy living room, featuring plush sofas and a Smart TV for ultimate relaxation. This floor also boasts the main bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, and heated towel rail.
Ascend to the second floor to discover the sumptuous king-size master bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat with an ensuite shower room for added privacy. Two additional single bedrooms—one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds—are perfect for younger guests or extra friends.

This townhouse is located within Whitby's Whitehall Landings complex; a central location that is perfect for discovering all that charming Whitby has to offer. This quintessential seaside town has something for everyone, and you will have plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby to choose from.
A short walk of roughly a mile away from the property, you will find Whitby's beautiful beaches; or you could travel a little further afield to visit the beach at Robin Hood's Bay for a more tranquil day out. If you're feeling adventurous (and fit!) you could climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey to see the inspiration for Bram Stoker's Dracula; go exploring on a coastal tour in search of whales, dolphins, and sea birds; or learn about Captain Cook's maritime adventures at the Memorial Museum. Whitby Golf Club is also nearby if you fancy a peaceful round of golf in beautiful surroundings.
Whilst in the area, a visit to the bustling resort of Scarborough is a must. This traditional seaside resort has many family-friendly attractions, from the arcades and pier on the seafront to the Castle overlooking the town.
Getting Around:
Getting around Whitby from this house is very easy. Most places, including the harbour, shops, restaurants, and the old town, are within a 10–20 minute walk.
Whitby Bus Station, near the train station, is the main place to catch local buses. From there:
• The X93 and X94 buses run between Whitby and Scarborough, stopping at places like Robin Hood’s Bay.
• The X4 and X4A travel up the coast towards Sandsend and Staithes, which are nice for day trips.
• The Park and Ride service on the edge of town runs regular buses into the centre during the busier months.
In summer, there’s also a simple open-top sightseeing bus that loops around the main attractions in Whitby.
If you want to go inland, the Esk Valley Line train connects Whitby with nearby villages and on to Middlesbrough
