Spanning approximately 96 m², the property accommodates up to eight guests and is arranged across two levels. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area with two sofa beds, one double bedroom and a bathroom, all opening directly onto the outdoor pool terrace. The lower level hosts the remaining sleeping quarters, including a second double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional bathroom, providing comfortable and practical accommodation for families or friends travelling together.



Outdoors, a private swimming pool and landscaped garden create an inviting space to unwind, while the covered veranda is perfect for al fresco dining beneath the stars. The villa’s quiet surroundings and open views provide a peaceful atmosphere, enhanced by spectacular sunset vistas over the Aegean.



Plaka Beach lies just 90 metres away, renowned for its crystal-clear waters, organised beach facilities, and vibrant beachfront tavernas, while the quieter shores of Orkos and the windsurfing hotspot of Mikri Vigla are within easy reach. Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms, and the villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A car is recommended for exploring the island, and rental arrangements can be organised for collection upon arrival. Additional services such as private chefs, catering, sailing excursions, guided island tours, and kitesurf or wingfoil lessons can be arranged on request, allowing guests to tailor their experience.



Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival and is refundable subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Extra services, excursions, and experiences are available at an additional cost and should be arranged in advance.
