A beautifully, renovated, attic apartment set within one of Ayr’s historic buildings, offers the best of both worlds - heritage charm on the outside and a completely brand-new, stylish interior within.
The elevated position means lovely views over the town and a sense of privacy, while still being moments from everything Ayr has to offer. Spacious, bright and thoughtfully furnished, it’s designed to feel like a relaxing retreat after a day exploring the coast, countryside or local restaurants.
THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE FOURTH FLOOR WITH NO ACCESS TO A LIFT. NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES, CHILDREN OR GUESTS WITH HEAVY LUGGAGE.
The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and TV. There is also a kitchen and bathroom, with a walk-in shower. In the kitchen there are separate washing machine and tumble dryer, an air fryer (no oven), kettle, toaster and microwave. There is no living room, but two 50” smart TVs in each of the bedrooms. The price is reflected to show this.
Despite the apartment being super central, it’s very quiet and peaceful due to it being on the fourth floor.
