The three-room Urban View apartment is one of two solutions offered by the mini complex Garibaldi 23 Central Apartments, on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator and concierge.
 
The spacious and cozy apartment is the result of a refined renovation. The entrance is in a bright hallway that serves as a hallway.
The living area is a living room with dining room and open kitchen, with a furnished balcony.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple furnished with two single beds that can be joined or separated if necessary, and with single armchair bed.
Both rooms have SmartTV, air conditioning and access to the balcony with urban view. Completing the apartment are 2 shower rooms.
 
Heating with radiators is available in the winter months.
The apartment`s surroundings in the center of Bari
The Garibaldi 23 apartment complex is located in the center of Bari in Piazza Garibaldi, a green space full of trees, a stone`s throw from the renowned Via Manzoni and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, as well as numerous businesses, restaurants and bars.
The location also makes it possible to reach the main attractions on foot. The Swabian Castle just 500 m away is the entrance to Bari Vecchia, with its orecchiette streets and the Basilica of San Nicola, a destination for pilgrims from all over the world.
Via Sparano is just 700 m away, the port about 950 m, and the central train station 1.2 km away (a 10-minute walk).
The location is convenient for exploring the wonders of the entire province of Bari, including the seaside towns of Polignano and Monopoli, or the splendid Alberobello protected by Unesco for its unique and unrepeatable historic center made of trulli.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Heating in the winter months: extra 5 euros per day, mandatory per period.
