Villa Luce is located on the Pelješac Peninsula, in the central part of this beautiful region known for its premium wines and crystal-clear sea. The villa offers 223 m2 of living space and a private outdoor area of 315 m2 designed for relaxation and privacy. In the courtyard there is a private swimming pool of 27 m2. Villa Luce can accommodate up to 6 guests and is an ideal choice for a peaceful family holiday or a relaxing stay with friends.

Surrounded by the vineyards of Pelješac and located near its sister villa that shares the same Mediterranean charm, Villa Luce offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort and natural surroundings. The modern interior design blends beautifully with the authentic landscape of Pelješac, creating a relaxing atmosphere for a perfect holiday.

The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm). All rooms in the villa are fully air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year. Guests also have access to an additional separate toilet.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living area that combines the living room, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen in an elegant open-space concept. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying shared moments with family and friends. The comfortable living room provides a relaxing space for reading a book, watching movies and series, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

Large glass walls open towards the terrace and allow beautiful views of the sea while connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. The terrace with the swimming pool provides the perfect place for refreshment during warm summer days and relaxing moments under the Mediterranean sun. By the pool there are three sun loungers and one large sun umbrella. The proximity of the sea and beautiful beaches allows guests to enjoy the crystal-clear water and stunning views of the horizon. If guests arrive by boat, a mooring for a boat up to 8 meters in length can be provided upon prior agreement with the agency.

Guests also have access to additional facilities for entertainment and an active holiday, such as a billiards table, a Netflix collection for movie nights, a gym, sauna, ergometer, bicycles (3), and a SUP board. These amenities further enrich the stay and provide the perfect balance between relaxation and activity during a holiday on the Pelješac Peninsula.

The Pelješac Peninsula is famous for its vineyards, excellent wines and rich gastronomy. Guests can enjoy wine tastings of the renowned Dingač and Postup wines, as well as the world-famous Ston oysters. Pelješac also offers many opportunities for active holidays such as cycling, hiking and exploring untouched nature. The historic town of Ston is known for its impressive walls, once the second longest defensive walls in the world after the Great Wall of China.
