Kite Cottage is a newly refurbished two-bedroom terraced holiday home set in the peaceful village of Malltraeth, just a short stroll from the estuary and the famous Cob cycle track. It's the perfect base for couples or small families looking for a cosy adventure break, whether you're walking, cycling, or simply curling up by the fire.

Inside, the cottage is snug and welcoming. The lounge/diner features a comfy sofa, a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings, and a window seat ideal for slow mornings with a cuppa and a good book. There's a dining table for planning your day's adventures, plus blankets tucked away in trunks and a selection of books and games for relaxed nights in.

The ground-floor bathroom includes a bath and separate walk-in shower, with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail for added comfort. Upstairs, you'll find one double bedroom and one twin, a simple, cosy setup for couples or young families.

The kitchen is well-equipped for easy meals and opens out to an enclosed patio, perfect for morning coffees, and safe playtime. Guests can park directly outside the cottage, with additional spaces available nearby.

Outside, the enclosed patio is a great spot for outdoor meals and relaxed evenings. There's a charcoal BBQ for guests to use, with a chimney starter to make lighting it simple. Next to the BBQ is a fire pit, perfect for winding down after a day out. The patio is fully enclosed, allowing children and dogs to potter around while you relax.
