Welcome to our charming apartment in the heart of Kriopigi, Halkidiki, a dreamy retreat where nature, culture, and relaxation converge. Nestled on the scenic Kassandra Peninsula, our home offers a harmonious blend of style and functionality, perfectly suited for a group of up to six guests. The space features two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning to ensure a restful night’s sleep, with one bedroom also featuring a 22-inch TV for your entertainment. The inviting living room serves as a warm social hub, offering a sofa bed that accommodates two additional guests, air conditioning for those hot summer days, and a cozy atmosphere perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. You will also find a fully renovated bathroom, updated in 2023 to provide modern comfort, alongside a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essential appliances and utensils needed to prepare your favorite meals.
➢ Our company, with the distinctive title TRAVEL PRO IKE is not responsible for possible losses of money, valuables, or other personal items of the visitors. ➢ Check-in at 14:00 – 21.00 and Check out until 10:00. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 is subject to an extra charge of €10 per additional hour. ➢ Smoking is prohibited inside the property. ➢ Any loss, damage, or destruction of all, or part of the accommodation equipment, which may result from negligence or fraud, will result in compensation from the guests of the accommodation. For this reason, a check will be made from our representative during check-out, where the keys will be returned. ➢ Any problems, damages, or malfunctions of household items identified by guests, should be reported within 24 hours of arrival at the property, to not be considered your fault. ➢ Please use all devices according to the instructions for use. Similarly, when using BBQ (where it is provided), you must follow the instructions for use that will be given to you - demonstration. ➢ The removal of the power card or key from the designated power activation system is strictly prohibited. Disconnecting the system may result in serious damage to the property’s equipment and poses a significant fire hazard. ➢ Guests are also required to use all electrical appliances responsibly and in moderation. Leaving appliances (such as air conditioning units, stoves, irons, etc.) running while away from the property is strictly forbidden. ➢ Any damage, malfunction, or incident (e.g., short circuit, fire, overheating, appliance failure, etc.) caused by unauthorized removal of the power system components or improper use of electrical devices shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest shall bear full legal and financial liability for any resulting damage. ➢ Please do not use water recklessly. ➢ Interruptions or fluctuations in the water supply may occur due to external factors such as maintenance works, municipal network failures, or increased seasonal demand. Neither the company nor the property is responsible for any such interruptions or delays in restoration, as these matters are beyond their direct control. ➢ Children should be supervised by an adult. ➢ Please keep the screens (where they are installed) closed at all hours. ➢ The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by a professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge. ➢ Following the above regulation for short-term rental accommodation, the provision of additional bed linen, or their change during your stay can be provided by an extra charge and costs 5 euros per person, plus 15 euro the cost of transporting bed linen to the accommodation. This extra charge has to be paid by the customer if he orders a change. The specific service does not include the collection of used linen nor the placement of clean ones. Everything is delivered in bags, collected, and placed by the customers themselves. ➢ In cases of lost keys or the need for assistance from a professional locksmith, any related costs are the sole responsibility of the guest and must be paid on the spot. Additionally, if the guest locks the keys inside the property and the presence of a staff member is required to provide access with a spare key, a service fee of €30 will be charged. ➢ The company is not responsible for any accidents and injuries of guests during their stay at the accommodation, and the use of household items is at their own risk. ➢ Quiet hours of summer period 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00. ➢ The company fully complies with the General Regulations for Data Protection (GDPR), regarding the use of your data.
