It is not possible to leave luggage inside the apartment before check-in or after check-out

❄️ Air conditioning policy

During winter, autumn, and spring, air conditioning is not active.
Heating (if needed) will always be guaranteed according to regulations.

☀️ Important note for summer months

During periods of intense heat, short power outages (up to 2–3 hours) may occasionally occur due to overloads in the city’s electrical grid.
These are rare events affecting the entire city and not dependent on the property, but we prefer to inform you in advance for full transparency and better planning.

If the booking is made for two guests who require separate beds, please specify this at least a few days before arrival.
