Welcome to our comfortable and well-located two-bedroom first floor apartment, situated on a quiet residential housing estate just a short walk from Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Also only a short drive to the Shrewsbury ring road, giving easy access to the rest of the county.
And only a short 8 to 10 minute drive into Shrewsbury town centre. A historic vibrant town with its Tudor buildings, quaint back streets, independent shops and an abundance of restaurants, bars & cafes to suit all tastes.
The apartment offers a bright and modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed for both comfort and practicality. The living space includes a 50" 4K Smart TV with Freesat, along with a dining table that seats four guests, which is ideal for meals or can also be used as a workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
There are two double bedrooms, both with comfortable beds and storage space for guests staying for either short or longer visits. The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower.
Located on the first floor, the apartment also benefits from one dedicated parking space, making it convenient for guests travelling by car.
We have one parking space, under the arch at the back of the flat. There is a height restriction of 2.1 meters, 6Ft, 10".
The property provides a peaceful base while still being close to local amenities and is only around a 10-minute drive from Shrewsbury town centre. Shrewsbury is a historic market town known for its beautiful medieval streets, independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Visitors can enjoy walks along the River Severn, explore Shrewsbury Castle and the historic abbey, or browse the many boutiques and traditional pubs the town has to offer.
The apartment is also only a 3-minute drive from the A5 bypass, providing excellent connections to the surrounding area. From here you can easily travel to Oswestry, the Welsh borders, Church Stretton and the Shropshire Hills, or the historic market town of Ludlow.
Whether you are visiting for leisure, work, a short or long stay in the area, the apartment provides a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Guests will have use of the entire apartment for their stay.
If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £40, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
